Toby is a fantasy writer currently living in St. Louis, Missouri. He works as a paraproffesional in a special education school, and has worked as a fiction reader at the Nimrod International Journal  based out of Tulsa. He is currently seeking representation for his debut novel, The Harsington Wyverns.
